Been dragging my distributions out for over a Month. Don't understand why we didn't get statements for 2022 or 2023.
Sara and the Hicks team are amazing to work with! They’re extremely proficient in their craft and design retirement plans that are amazing for the business. They’re also very quick to respond. I deeply appreciate how hard they work and the level of service they provide.
Not pleased at all with the level of service I am receiving from Hicks. I started a new job and went to move my retirement money to my new company. They say that a check was cut 34 days ago and I still don’t have it. I have to initiate all communication as my rep has no foresight to respond with updates even after I have been told that she has asked for them. Today alone I have sent 4 emails and now she just won’t respond. I’m getting more help from my previous employer than with Hicks. There’s so much more I would like to s... read more
