Amherst office. Lawyer was awesome. No issues with him. His staff are rude and should all be fired. Receptionist was insulting to me. Paralegal Krista doesn’t call you but uses email to answers questions as well she refuses to see anyone in person and sends co-workers to come talk to you. They are incompetent and it’s disappointing that they are the face of such a good lawyer.
We used Dave McNairn last year for a real estate transaction. He and his assistant were kind, communicative and easy to deal with. Recently consulted with Tom Maclaren and I can’t say enough about how kind, respectful, empathetic and knowledgeable he is. Would highly recommend this firm.
