Sent a K1, which is a document containing sensitive information to the wrong address based on a third party giving her the customer’s mailing address. Luckily the wrong recipient was kind enough to return the K1 without any wrongdoing. Once again, on another date, sent sensitive information to the wrong address. Strike two!
