This lawyer Bob HICKS was court appointed to my son when he was in jail, Bob HICKS did nothing to defend him! He worked on his case for 7 months and made things worse for my son. Bob HICKS is lazy and forgets everything you tell him and also loses any information you send him. RUN if you get Bob HICKS appointed to your case.
