I recently experienced above and beyond service at the hands of HPB employee who helped me pay my late federal and state taxes. I’m 76 and have great difficulty with signing on, creating accounts, pins and all the accoutrements of computer use. It was a great relief to accomplish payment of the overdue taxes I had tried and failed to pay by phone. I am especially grateful to Jenny at HPB on Walbash for something that had little to do with banking.
