Be cautious buying from Hickory Park and think twice before buying a Hancock & Moore leather recliner!! I bought a dark brown leather, Hancock and Moore, model 3032 Austin Wall-Hugger. It was delivered on 4/9/2021. On 3/28/2022 I sent pictures of substantial discoloration and color fading where my head and arms touch the leather (cheap dye job?). Not a bad company nor great either. The problem is that it takes FOREVER to get your furniture! They order from the manufacturer and the manufacturer delivers to them. Then, in turn, they deliver to the customer. This process really takes a long time! Be aware you have to mail a check for final payment which adds another 2 weeks to the process. HPF come up with a more efficient way to get the product to the customer!
Perfection best describes our experience with Hickory Park. Julie, the design professional who assisted us, was very knowledgeable, a fantastic listener and made the entire purchase process an truly enjoyable experience. It's almost as if we met as strangers and left as friends. We will be using Julie and Hickory Park again in the future and certainly will share our experience with friends in need of furnishing assistance. Vic

We have been having a horrible time with this furniture store. Delivery was 3 weeks late and we had to pay extra to switch transport companies to 'expedite' delivery. A wicker chair arrived bent on the side, unfixable, and likely damaged in storage. 12 days after bringing this situation to HP's attention, this is still unresolved. I have asked for store credit for the damaged chair, which I would use to purchase another chair.
