Hickory Hill has been a blessing for my dad and our family as he needs memory care. The staff have been wonderful and we can have peace of mind knowing that he is receiving the care he needs at this time. Thank you to everyone there at Hickory Hill!
Nice facility but loosing good nurses and staff due to administration being so unprofessional and not on point
My father enjoyed his time at Hickory Hill and they worked tirelessly to make his life enjoyable and peaceful. It is a blessing to have a facility and caring staff like this in Southside Virginia. Choosing the best place for family is not an easy step in life. I cannot thank Hickory Hill enough for all of their assistance. Thank you.
No compassion. The way they handle people trying to get employed is a joke, the HR lady alone shouldn’t hire people with the attitude she has. I can only imagine how the actual employees are treated there. Would not recommend to anyone especially if they lack empathy and compassion. If I could it would be zero stars.
My aunt recently moved to the memory care center at Hickory Hill. I am so pleased with the care she is getting and the activities they provide. She even received a manicure with her nails painted. The care givers are wonderful to all of the residents and have lots of patience in handling difficult situations.
