They only care about money here, not the people. They have not -for years- been able to keep the elevators working or rid the building of bed bugs. The whole place is not cleaned as it should be, housekeeping is a joke. And management never returns calls or answers emails, they are very hard to get ahold of with concerns.
Went to visit staff and residents.
I went for an interview. This is a separate rating. The property was well maintained. That's the 5 stars.
I loved it when I moved in. Several problems with elevator and upkeep. Still better than other places. I'll stick it out. Especially like meal choices, lots of choices
