So I went to the one on the top level of the mall yesterday around 2:30 and the lady who was running the little booth was sitting on her phone with a friend at a table across from the booth. So no one was even standing there...Nothing looks worse than an employee sitting down on their phone. anyways I ended up going to the booth on the bottom floor cause I was so put off by this woman just sitting on her phone. the lady at the booth on the bottom floor was super sweet and super helpful though.
