the residents are sweet as can be but i witnessed a couple of cnas mistreat residents and even more of them talk poorly about them right in front of them. a cna locked a woman w down syndrome in the bathroom for an hour, leaving her scared and crying.
Great building with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The building has a warm homelike environment.
Nice little home like nursing facility with a wonderful and caring staff.
Hickory Creek at Scottsburg is such a home like atmosphere. Both of my great grandparents have lived out their lives here, as well as a great aunt and great uncle. They always go above and beyond to make family feel secure knowing their loved one is being cared for.
