Most of the CNAs were awesome with my mom while she was there for rehabilitation after a hospital stay. There were a few CNAs and nurses who were amazing and really seemed to care, but some of the ladies in charge were not friendly and only seemed to care when they were called out on it. It shows a 5 star facility, but most of the patient bathrooms were never available, they were always "out of order", and when my mother had to use the bathroom (She needed assistance) it usually took an hour for someone to get to her, until ... read more

I couldn’t have asked for or expected better care, commitment, communication and professionalism for my loved one than they and I both received during the 3 months my loved stayed there until their death. I got to know many of the staff there and they were always open, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate the needs of my loved one’s care.
