Worst customer service. NOTARY SERVICE really does not work. They will always find an excuse as to why they cannot notarize your document. Upon leaving I was yelled at by the teller across the room. Very embarrassing!
Just walked in after going to like three different banks around here, wasted like 4 hours of my day (well 10 at this location) only to find out the coop shared branch advertisement on the door is false. It was explained that that's only valid for members, in that case it's not coop shared branching and needs to be immediately removed
