Terrible experience...I have been a Hickam Federal and now Lokahi member for over 30 years. I came to the branch to have a single page notarized. This service should not require an appointment, especially when the branch has ZERO customers. I was even willing to wait, but that was not an option offered. The front counter person, did go to speak with the notary in the glass office; when he returned we were informed there were no appointments today.
