In December 2024, I purchased a Chopstir 20610 for my daughter for Christmas to replace one that had given her many years of service. Unfortunately, the new one broke the first time she used it. Purchased a Helen Chen wok from one of their distributors. Excellent product and superb customer service from H.I.C. when I had questions about how to season it on an induction stove.
I contacted HIC Kitchens as my Penguin Cocktail shaker of theirs had a piece fall off (the feet at the bottom of the shaker). I asked them if it was possible to get a replacement part (the bottom carafe part of the shaker with the feet still attached) because I really liked this carafe and wanted it to again be in the condition of original purchase.
