We took a 15 minute bike ride into town and dropped off the bike at the next station. Three hours later I get a phone call that we didn’t secure our bikes properly (even though we waited for the green light to show and we pulled on the bikes to make sure they were locked). I was told to GO BACK to where I secured it so they could walk me through securing the bikes. There was no way for me to head back there, so they would have to send someone to do it. These guys 100% rip off. If I could give a 0 I would. Choose the 24 hour plan $12 USD... beware..... not for 12 hours. They did an ADDITIONAL $10.50USD. The following day. We only had the bike for 1.5 hours total rip. Get an UBER cost $15USD for 4 of us instead of $22.50 USD each !!! Crazy. Disputed this. Asked for the 10.50 USD refund bit of the charge... to be told no !!!. Bikes tires were flat .... seats ripped and chains rusty AF. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! NEVER AGAIN scammers

Quite literally scammers, I used the bike for all of 30min, placed it back, it locked into place. All good, apparently not. I got a phone call saying there was some issues. I went back and double checked, zero issue, locked in its holder and in the right place. How 3 weeks later, I get a $100 charge for what? Their customer service is in India and they don't pick up often.

IT'S A SCAM! Rented the bike in Kona. We got the "24hr" plan, it's not a 24 hour rental. My wife and I each got a bike and rode them down to the beach and did some snorkeling for about 30 minutes (we secured our bikes properly with the provided cable) then got back on our bikes and rode to the East docking location. We had the bikes for around an hour on the "24hr plan" and got charged an additional $16 each. Absolutely brutal service. First station was out of service so we walked to the next. Rented 2 bikes for my husband and myself. About 10 mins into the ride my husband’s tire was flat. Called the company to report this. (Took 10 mins to get though) We were told to walk the bikes to the next docking station and no refund or time allowance would be considered.
