Usually service is okay, this time bought a couple things from the clearance rack and according to the deals online, it was an extra 50% off. After showing the manager the deal, he said it wasn’t true and wouldn’t honor it. Really didn’t even try to Help any further.
Customer service Horrible. Once inside, no one greeted us. There were 2 workers, and both looked at us and then started back, looking at their phone. We had to go stand in the doorway of the back room and ask for help. We were looking for football cleats. The one lady brought us soccer cleats, and I only knew because we went to a different Hibbett, and the salesman their told us those were Soccer Cleats.
