This is based on customer service alone. Cam or Cameron and Jakari where at the register(3/27 at around 6:15pm) talking with their friends (they weren’t buying anything) when I came and both the cashiers ignored me when I walked in and even after their friends left they would not make eye contact or even acknowledge I walked in. I was actually looking for a couple pieces and some gifts so I was going to spend likely a few hundred dollars but I’m not putting my money into a store that won’t even teach their employees to greet... read more
Great customer service from the team. The associates were knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions.
Claimed someone had already picked up my daughter’s shoes using a picture of my DL… yet still went to the back to check for my shoes. Only 1 size 10c arrived at this store. I ended up calling the corporate office to file a complaint. The manager gave a hookup or kept my baby shoes. Either way VERY unprofessional and not a good representation of the store or company.
