I would like to give a shout out to KP, i came into the store within the last 20 minutes of closing with an online order exchange and she was VERY helpful, accommodating and just overall had a positive, customer oriented attitude. its customer service like this that you don’t come by often in this day and age but KP thank you truly for your patience and assistance!
First time shopping at this location. I love that we have one on the West now. Cashier Ravan (I think that’s her name) was nice and helpful. The bigger dude in there was the first person I saw when I brought my kids in and he was rude as ever. Glaring not speaking or smiling. Toughen up and work in a warehouse if you’re going to be upset about customers coming in to a sneaker store you chose to work at.
