Nice store.. I went to pick up my rare air 4s Jordans I won via raffle on a Saturday... The female cashier was rude... Then she tried to hurry up and ring my shoes up. I stated I have an account with the store. Can u put my number in.. She was then upset because she had to re ring my items up... She bogus
Went into the store to exchange a shoe, that was bought online and too big. It took a few minutes as the sales associate had to find the match to the size I needed. No big deal. But what was a big deal to me. Was the sales associate not only had a hole in the middle of his shirt, it was also dirty, clear signs of uncleanliness, not unkempt. There’s a difference, for me, you’re in retail, if I was there to purchase and you walked up to me, can’t say I would want you as my sales associate.
