I ordered a pair of crocs for my grandson from Hibbetts online and ordered the wrong size. I took them to the Poteau Hibbetts store and the two young men working there were very helpful and made the exchange process quick and simple.

my boyfriend had bought a pair of dunks and we tried to match but every pair of dunks on the men side didnt have my size which is 8w 6.5y or 6.5m in any of the dunks. the 2 boys at the counter were very nice though and had me try on the smallest they had an even offered to order me another pair of dunks, we ending up trading my mans shoes back in for another pair of jordans that they did have my size in
