The staff was super helpful without being overbearing! It was a great experience
The person that helped us was awesome. He measured my Granddaughters feet. Then he worked with her on finding the basketball shoes we came in to purchase. She picked out the shoes and the color she wanted. We had to order them. Then he helped us with finding the shorts that she needed. Great Service.
I feel like this store is slipping. There is very little merchandise available. They have an opportunity to be the only sporting goods store in town but force us elsewhere. The staff is polite but not much for them to sell. It’s really frustrating. Yesterday one salesperson was moderately helpful, the other stood behind the counter on her phone. Have high hopes but usually fall short. Couldn’t find shoes for my son.
I have never received my order. I did get ahold of customer service and they were very kind and claimed they would re-send my order still nothing. My original order was back in November so I’m pretty disappointed 😔
