Horrible customer service!! I was standing there with a shoe in my hand to try on. The girl working in your store was more focused on leaning against the counter on her cell phone than helping. Where is management! Why is this ok!
UPDATE : in the end I ended returning the shoes thanks corporate I NEVER EVER WRITE BAD REVIEWS BUT THIS HAS T0 BE WRITTEN ! I purchased CHILDS Nike dunk on 12/31/24 for my daughter she wasn’t with me so I brought the shoes home, she tried in the shoes walked around in the house and wanted the shoes with the straps instead of laces so they would be easier to due at school , went back the very next day 1/1/24 at around 11AM was told the shoes were damaged and ruined now and not resealable over a stupid crease , give me a fri... read more
Hey Kurt they actually have very good customer service. They don’t make the shoes so the quality of them is not the 19 year old girl who happens to be the boss fault. So there for when you decide to buy shoes for your little girl make sure they are the correct pair before leaving with them or allowing her to wear them. It’s not just hibbets who has this shoe policy so stop your bitching and next time buy the crease protectors that your supposed to have for that type of shoe.
