Horrible experience @ the Crestview store trying to order the right size shoes for my son before school started! Was told they would be arriving the next week (week before school started) and they would text/call when they arrived. Sunday rolls around (day before school starts), went into the store to see where his shoes were. Was then told that the shoes were being sent to our home (by the same girl that told us the week before that it was coming to the store). At this time the shoes were showing to be in Alabama!
