I visited Hibbetts on Sunday around 3:00p, when I walked in I noticed 2 employees standing around the counter talking to a man at the counter. I came in to purchased a pair of shoes. At no time did anybody come over and asked if I needed any help. I had to call someone to give me assistance. The young man came over, answered my question and went back to join the conversation.
