I made an order on 4/29/2020. And paid $32.99 for Express shipping. The package was due to me by Friday 5/01/2020 but yet the package is still in processing. I have nothing but an order number. I have been on hold with customer service for 3hrs and I have emailed and texted and received no response. Someone from your company needs to reach out to me ASAP.
Bcuz y’all ship me the wrong shoe. Than lied to about I could return to the store and I could not and than told me it will take 14 days for me get a refund of $173 for y’all mistake not mines. A 30% off does not suffice for getting the wrong ship to you. You try to encouraging customers to order online but ship the wrong item is not cool. Y’all need to take lesson for Publix supermarket.
