Today just before 430pm I visited this location and was not even acknowledged by the staff both members. One playing on his phone and totally disregard for me. I had to ask for him to get my wife a pair of shoes went to the register right after to purchase still being ignored by same person. Employee had his back to us and playing on his phone totally no words. I walked out with my wife and purchased online and Addidas. One employee in back said have a nice day as we were walking out. Supper clean store and the staff was very helpful. Also Derick is really nice and patient!
The 3 clerks they had working there were too busy chatting with each other to be of any help. If there was another store close by, I wouldn't shop at Hibberts. It's the same way everytime we go.
