A big selection of shoes and clothing at this location. I love that they have items marked down a lot
Terrible customer service. Was in store for 25 minutes before someone came out of back room and when they did they we're very rude. This happens a lot. Many people complain about not being able to shop until sales person comes out of back. Then when you try to call to get them out the phone line is busy. Robby comes out zipping up his pants and Kbrina comes out after him. Manager(the one that wears glasses) is courteous but Kbrina is very rude. Finally new managment! The staff very helpful and friendly. The new manager is great she really goes beyond to help her customers and works well with her employees.
Absolutely the worst customer service. 3 employees and not a one of them said hello or can I help you. I will buy from the Internet next time I need something
Highest place in town to buy shoes.......
Terrible customer service and selection is old, same shoes at Finish line or Footlocker for 30% to 40% less. If management doesn't like you they will not wait on you at all and spread mom factual things about you. DO NOT TAKE YOUR WIFE, GIRLFRIEND, OR DAUGHTER IN THERE AS SHE WILL BE HIT ON. The management issue is from store manger all the way to district manager (Redecca and Don). Dropped into this store on a Friday afternoon. I was the only shopper until I was almost ready to leave. Super disappointed that the 2 people working there seemed more interested in chatting with each other and tossing around a balloon than helping me. I finally had to go get one of them to get some shoes from the back in the size I needed. Had I been more familiar with the area, I would have left and shopped elsewhere. As it was, I was in a pinch and purchased the shoes there.
Terrible customer service. I went in this store with my family of four. My newly potty trained 3 year old needed to potty bad in the middle of shopping. I proceed to ask if there was a restroom he could possibly use, understanding there was not a public restroom but hey he's 3. I was told no, it was not policy. I then gathered my family and left without buying anything. This was poor service and very rude
