I am really pleased with my purchase of the Nike Air Tech Challenge. They look & feel great on feet!! However, the sales associates could use more customer service training. I came in & asked for my size & the sales associate went to get the shoe & unknowingly placed the shoe behind the counter without telling me or asking if that was all that I needed. This was probably the last time that I make a purchase while he's in store. Horrible customer service skills.
I had a horrible experience with customer service. Went into the store to pick up an online order. Wanted to try on the pants and was told the dressing room was closed due to smell. Went to the car to try on the pants and realized a smaller size was needed. Cashier told me the register was closed although the store wasn’t. She refused my exchange because she obviously was trying to leave. I was told that she was able to closed the store earlier than the closing time.
