Waited around had to ask to be helped with men's shoes,went and got the pair I was looking and was going to purchase just to find out they brought wrong pair out and didn't have the size for ones om display on top of having to go in back to find help again wouldn't recommend spending a dime here made me realize why I don't choose this store in the first place very poor experience
Excellent customer service. I was able to get the things I needed quickly, and the associate was very kind in letting me know the return policy in case my autistic son happened to dislike the high tops I purchased. I appreciated that. Also, they have a great selection of footwear other places don’t have. I like the different options and colors you can’t find anywhere else locally.
0 out of 0 would not recommend. With only 2 other customers in the store I stood in front of the women’s shoes for almost 10 minutes and not one worker came up to see if I wanted to try on anything. Literally walked up to me and walked away. Guess they didn’t want my business.
super unprofessional young girl manager :/ felt very unwelcome and judged when i walked into the store. i hope upper management takes care of the customer service issues this establishment has. i’ve never experienced something like this in my life.
