I've bought 3 pair of $200+ shoes, multiple hats and clothing from this lake a** store. Just so happened that I've gotten lucky about 4 or 5 times just while passing through over the last year n a half or so, and they've had the Jordans I've wanted......BUT THAT IS SO SO RARE I DON'T KNOW IF SOME UNDERSTAND JUST HOW RARE! Man I been waiting on the Bordeaux’s 6s all year for them to call me I miss a call and call back 3 mins later to have my show gone the raffle they do suck now very disappointed

If I could give Hibbets at Scotland Crossing in Laurinburg store a 0 I would. The people that work in this store are so rude and as anyone should know " your first impression you give is the most important one". They are lazy and have a nasty attitude. All they do is stand around in a huddle and give you a funny look, especially the skinny black guy in there.... I won the raffle for the Jordan Retro 1’s UNC. The Manager called me the night before to confirm. I drove 40 minutes to get there. Got to the store at 9:45am went in to purchase my shoes and was told that they could not find them. The manager Sierra I think her name was told me that she had just laid eyes on the shoes before I got there. She rang up another customer and walked him to the door. I will never ever go back in that store! The tall black cashier, brown skinned, with the braids had a very nasty attitude for no reason towards me! She should not ever work with customers! She needs to definitely change her attitude, and get some training on how to treat customers. I’m waiting on headquarters to open back up on, December 26, 2020! Hibbett Sports, 723 Saraland Blvd. S. Terrible experience. I bought a pair of tennis shoes there & one week later tried to return them in their original packaging. The store clerk said they were too "worn" & would not accept them. They were not worn at all, in fact the bottom of the shoes were still gleaming white. It was just their excuse not to accept the return. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store again.
