Great service in Radcliff. Valley Station store has rude people working there.
I was there during a Jordan release and the workers were very cordial and helpful to get in and out for the release. Much appreciated
The male employee was really rude, I asked him if he could get me a certain shoe size and I tried it on but it was big and when I told him it was big and I wanted a If he could get me a size smaller, he started giving me attitude saying this was the shoe size I asked for. I told him that yeah but it doesn’t fit and he continued being rude. Really bad customer service, if you can’t do your job then don’t work there or at least fix your attitude.
