Very disappointed! I placed an order it clearly said in stock at the store but it wasn’t when I made it to the store. Not only was it an inconvenience it was for my sons birthday which is today and mot just that it’s taking 3-5 business for the money to be returned which was money I needed to buy my son something else for his birthday..my son turned nine and was crushed because he wanted to wear a Nike tech outfit

I was greeted when I entered the store and immediately asked if I needed help with anything. I was there to pick up an online order I placed a few hours prior. I had not received the email stating the order was ready but attempted the pickup as I needed the item for a birthday party that evening. The rep indicated she was just about to fulfill the order and to give her a few moments. She had the item ready within 10 mins. Will purchase from here again!
