Grabbed wrong size top, paid cash and didn't get receipt. Same staff were there when I returned 2 days later and asked if I could do an even exchange for same item just larger. They said, Nope. All tags attached, never worn. Small town so all Customers should be retained if possible.
Purchased a pair of Air Max's for my grandson 40 days ago and they had a complete blowout in right shoe. Super friendly staff exchanged the shoes after verifying purchase date, etc. They were professional and courteous!
Lousy customer service. Walked in, two jokers talking behind the counter, didn’t even acknowledge that I was there, didn’t seem to care. There was no “Hello sir, how may I help you.”…Nothing.
