Made us feel like criminals for asking to try on BOTH shoes at the same time. Told us it was against company policy allow customer to try on a PAIR of shoes but would make an exception. Then she stood over my daughter with out interacting - policing her trying one pair of shoes. She made us feel very uncomfortable. I will drive the 40 miles to another city to avoid shopping there again
My experience was good, I had to wait about 10 minutes to have someone help me. The store was kinda busy and I wasn't in any hurry to leave so the wait time was okay. Once a sales person was available, she came over n assisted me n my granddaughter with Soccer cleats. We finally found a pair she liked and I brought them. Sales person was friendly, helpful, and courteous.
Great and quick service by both workers Hayley and Sophia. They were very helpful and purchased what I needed.
Absolutely rude and obnoxious customer service.
