Danville mall is the rudest I was there Friday July 31, 2026 it was 2 black employees working very rude didn’t ask you if you needed help standing behind the register like they mad with the world . Everyone was helping their self . It’s sad hire bettter customer service because that’s where it start from. I left the store and didn’t buy any thing it sad .
I was notified by email and text that I had won the raffle and the store purchasing process was quick and professional. No problems at all.
Drove 40 minutes to hibbets calling the whole way just to get there not get what I need and got some information that “the phones don’t work there horrible they don’t ring sorry” I’d rate this a 0 if I could.
I have spent a lot of money here. I normally buy my kids shoes here in the Piedmont Mall. I bought shoes from here after the poor service and negative attitudes, I picked two pair of shoes for my kids only to get home and be given the wrong shoes. I returned the next day to the same guy, Christian. Never apologized for anything and offered to replace the shoe with a different one because he never had the shoe I asked for in the back.
