RecommendedI don’t know what happened today but my children went to your store today and got treat like crap. You best believe I’m calling the manager in the morning about your nasty attitude and how my kids got treated and that’s after they done dropped $250 for their purchases.
I recommend the store because the employees are awesome. The selection here is great. The only downside to Hibbits is their raffles are either fixed or they allow bots. I have entered 22 raffles and have won only one time for a pair of Jordans that weren’t that popular. I have now lost 9 in a row but I go onto these sneaker groups and some guys have four or five pairs of the sneaker so how is that possible ?
Store manager always has a terrible attitude. Her customer service skills suck. I don’t recommend.

Literally the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. And that's not just one bad day. Twice this week the same thing. Horrible customer service. The teenagers they have working there acted like we were a nuisance. Won't be back. Zero stars. And I almost NEVER give a bad review anywhere. It's really that bad.

Rudest Employees Ever! I went in to exchange a pair of shoes I had received as a gift and was told I was going to have to pay $32 because he didn't know why there was a discount given on the shoes I was exchanging. Mind you I just wanted a smaller size of the same exact shoe. Rude employees.. They were closing in 8 minutes and obviously the guy did not want to make a sale he made sure they close at 8. Not a good impression to make when you have customers from out of town. Upper management really needs to pay attention to this store.
First of all, I had an order online pickup. The way I work it was hard for me to pick up with the store hours. I had one day to pick up order before Christmas. I went to the store and it was closed for thirty minutes. I called to cancel order because that was the only time I could pick up. They told to call customer service and customer service told me just to go back. They lied about canceling my order. I will never ever visit this store. Now my child is without a gift before Christmas.
