Dane was easy to work with, professional and attentive to matters on every step of the loan. I was in need of a loan that local banks in my area seemed to be hesitant to work with and Dane was willing to discuss. We ended up closing in three weeks while the other places I was considering had not even yet got a proper application filled out. Speed and efficiency stood out on this one.
