I got charged the day of for a magazine renewal subscription, which I did not authorize or want. I tried calling repeatedly the phone number on the website and on the email without any answer. I sent 2 emails to cancel the subscription without a reply. And I also texted to cancel without a reply. I will be taking this information to the Better Business Bureau if I don't get a response and refunded. This is poor and noneesponded customer service! Shame on you.
