I order a hi-tide lift from an installer who had some issues with the install resulting in some parts that wore prematurely. I was getting the run around from the installer and decided to reach out to hi-tide directly. Carlos called me almost immediately and explained that he would have a preferred installer (Bayou Boat Lifts) come out within a few days to see what they could do. Neighbor and I bought 3 T2 topless lifts from Hi-tide and Rodney Gentzel over 5 years ago. Been trouble free and are still the fastest and best lifts on the waterway with no head knocker or trip hazard bars to worry about. Just had my first minor issue with a small part exposed to the harsh sun for the past 5 years.
