Absolutely terrible. I brought my iPhone in for a screen replacement, and elected for the $130 replacement option. Three days later, the screen cracked spontaneously while I was watching a video - I wasn't even touching the screen when I saw it crack horizontally across the face of the phone. Because the crack occurred due to some apparent installation error and not any kind of misuse or impact, I brought it back to ask for a courtesy replacement. My iPhone screen was broken. I went into this store to get a new screen. I enede up paying $100 for the screen and person said if it doesn't work well I can always bring it back. The screen is not performing well and I went back and he insisted that it is working. The screen freezes and the touch screen doesn't work how it is supposed too. I'm contacting the better business bureau

I’ve been here before but wanted to reaffirm my recommendation to this place. Had a broken charging port that had a broken off piece of the charging cord (who knew right!) and they fixed it in 15 minutes and for less than Apple would have charged. Last time they said not to bother as the repair cost would exceed the value. I appreciate that they didn’t try to get my money. I hope they stay in business and I recommend them for cracked screens and any other device repairs they are able to fix.
