Hated this facial. (I got “the really good facial” Pros: products smelled fruity and good, people were sweet and inviting. Cons: felt like it was just an ad for their products they had for sale, NO steam, NO proper extraction: she used her nails on my nose to “take care” of my pores which did nothing. I literally felt like a cake when I left with all of the layers I had on my face. The “facial” just a cycle of putting creams on and removing them and putting more on.
The website looks like a child made it.
One star for scheduling—not the staff. The service provider was great, but the way my appointment was scheduled was frustrating. I booked two services, and my confirmation clearly showed the first from 11–12 PM and the second starting at 12 PM. But both were crammed into just one hour, and I didn’t receive all the steps or items included in the first service.
