Hi-Roc Trucking Company is in desperate need of training their truck drivers. One truck driver (truck # HR-69) not only held up traffic today on my morning commute, he hogged two lanes so the remaining cars could not pass in a PASSING LANE. To make matters worse, he lazily rested half of his truck in the street as he waited for a train to pass through. Cars had to swerve around the body of his truck so that we could pass.
