One of the worst HOA offices I’ve ever dealt with. The lady in the office is extremely rude and hung up on me while I was in mid sentence. She is very unprofessional. Anyone who currently lives in this community if you end up selling and go under contract multiple times be aware of the closing letter fee. She will send it multiple times and charge you a hefty fee everytime. Susan Johnson is the most unprofessional employee I have ever spoken to. They sold property in their neighborhood as residential while lying about the actual size so anyone who buys it is stuck with unbuildable paperweights that she claims has hoa fees. She's a grifter scamming people please don't ever believe this shrewd nasty Karen because I promise every word is a lie.
