I got a custom made light from Hi-Lite. It came in on time and looked beautiful as designed. Customer service was great as well.
I visited the store with my daughter-in- law and loved the lighting. I came back with my husband and we bought two gorgeous ceiling fixtures for the kitchen and bathroom of our new apartment AND a drop dead beautiful bathroom vanity. We will back for more fixtures. I wouldn’t even look anywhere else. You have the biggest and best selection and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!
John and the staff were extra helpful, knowledgeable and answered all our concerns. They had the light we ultimately wanted in stock and the process was smooth and easy.
Unapproachable staff, unhelpful answers to questions; it’s as if they didn’t want to make a sale. Staff acted inconvenienced by our presence. We were there for less than five minutes with a desire to purchase under-cabinet lights, a chandelier, and some work lighting for our recently remodeled kitchen. Very unprofessional and rude, never coming back.
