I came to this store on wednesday to buy lighting and I asked for help from one of the managers. She was very nasty to me for wanting something more affordable and tried to pressure me into buying more expensive lighting than I wanted. I was very unhappy with the service.
Hi-light is a wonderful family run store with a comfortable friendly atmosphere. John was very helpful when trying to find a specific light. He was able to help us finalize our selection quickly and was very helpful. I highly recommend shopping here.
Hi-light is the best lighting store in Westchester. Working with John and the staff who are incredibly knowledgeable, patient and so easy to work while doing large or small projects. I have used them for years and they will research and always get you the best price out there. They took the time to understand what I needed and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
