To whom it may concern I would like to thank HI desert Home Health services for providing the services of Nelson (my wife’s therapist). He really has a lot of knowledge and training.We trust him more than any doctor or therapist we have ever been involved with. He even keeps his appointments well. He always shows up with a smile and a good attitude and tries hard to help rehabilitate her broken back. Nelson keeps her to her exercises and really cares for her continued advancement. I am writting this with a lot of anger and tears rolling down my face. I have had a lot of issues from this facility concerning my loved one care and lots of documented negligence. I feel like this is just a factory for those who cannot speak for themselves and given a chance to fight for their life. All of the staff is genuinely caring and kind. This is top notch medical service with love and care.

I love it here! The staff is wonderful, efficient, caring…. The food is very good most of the time. The only negative thing is that the cable TV service has been screwed up for over a month and, limits our channels. All things considered, I’m glad I moved in here!
