I thank Tiffani Maddox at window 1 for assisting me. I’m visually impaired and she took time from her window to come assist me in the lobby filling out my application and to see. Case worker. Shes’s Very courteous and empathetic. They need more like her! Thanks Tiff

La peor experiencia son muy groceros, no ayudan, te apresuran como si uno fuera a hacer todo para uno mismo. Nada profesionales y racistas, no voy a mencionar nacionalidad pero los atienden de maravilla. Si huviera menos 5 estrellas seria mejor. No se porque contratan personal tan desagradable como si ellos estivieran sacando de su bolsa para ayudar a uno

The state assistance program here is a complete joke. It's also so much of a hassle, that it'd just be easier to starve or go without medical assistance. My children qualify for Medicaid, which is great. However, I had to jump through hoops and verify information over and over again, that already had sufficient documentation. I do qualify for a small amount of food assistance, which is helpful. Te tratan de lo peor son bien racistas con los hispanos aparte de que pierdes tu tiempo ahí esperando no te resuelven nada no vuelvo a regresar ahí la vdd si pudiera darle menos estrellas que una lo haría racismo al millón ahí

I never see careless people like this in my life they keep my original document and gave me copy of my citizenship and later telling me that that she doesn’t answer questions. I told I just want to make sure I have my original document she was yelling. What a trashy place. Somebody should monitor this place
