horrible cant delete my account to make a new one. Don't know who to contact to delete existing account. Might quit job to look for a new company and never deal with this software again.
Takes forever to get started. Setting up process takes awhile......
Stay away from this software if you are looking to implement a reliable technology solution for your company. Massive issues with data feeds and servers are always lagging, especially during peak payroll times. Support staff lies about issues and hopes that you will stop complaining so they can be left alone (that is, if you can actually get in touch with someone). One time spent over 1.5 hours on the phone waiting to speak to someone.
