Have been in the program a year and recommend it highly! I’ve learned a lot about whole food plant based nutrition, lost weight slowly in a way that I think will be sustainable. The HG team has been very supportive, always available and a great cheering team. The support groups have been informative and really fun to meet others in my same boat. Even though I’m not at the end of my journey I feel so much better, it’s been worth every penny and very good value for the money

My whole life I have struggled with not only my weight but good nutrition, and good health. Not wanting to have surgery or take pills to lose the weight.
