It has been a year of learning since beginning HG Wellness Warriors. I started the program without supplements. I lost weight slowly, but I'm keeping it off, have more energy, and feel healthier. There comes a time when you have to be stronger than the excuses you continue to make for yourself. I wanted the "Old" me back. The "Me" that never hesitated to take on a challenge or try something new. I began making changes in my diet on my own and started Optifast in early September. Currently I am down roughly 45lbs. Have been in the program a year and recommend it highly! I’ve learned a lot about whole food plant based nutrition, lost weight slowly in a way that I think will be sustainable. The HG team has been very supportive, always available and a great cheering team. The support groups have been informative and really fun to meet others in my same boat. Even though I’m not at the end of my journey I feel so much better, it’s been worth every penny and very good value for the money
The Team at Huron Gastro is the B.E.S.T!!! I was very hesitant to join the program but once I got in and taking charge of my health, I was able to get my health back via the weight loss program.
