The best head, neck, and shoulder massage I've ever had in my life! Plus incredibly friendly staff!
This place is usually great, but yesterday was a total flop. It seems they've brought in some new staff, and the person I had was really inexperienced. The massage was incredibly painful, despite me asking for a lighter touch multiple times. I even woke up with bruises today. They've definitely lost my business after this experience. Also, there were lights still on, and the constant ringing of other customers' phones during the massage was seriously distracting.

My experience was awful. Ordered a nice relaxing message and they were too rough, and when I asked them to soften up they didn't. Worst experience of my life. They left me bruised.
