On our 2015 tax return HG+CO under reported our SSA income. It was a easy catch by IRS and they readily charged interest. HG+CO admitted their error and took care of paper work. I thought they should pay the interest, but they declined because I had use of money (I didn't get 4% like the IRS charged). They said they will pay a penalty if assessed. Only 3 stars because this was a big boo, however they are good people and I will be back for 2017 tax returns.
Heather & Denise were a crucial part of our new business opening. Their patience and level of care while taking the time to walk through various accounting procedures & answer questions were top notch.
