We are so fortunate to have the warm therapy pool with classes daily for joint health, aqua pilates, Ai Chi, aqua yoga. Lately I have experienced some tremendous instructors in more of the land classes for drum (cardio!), chair yoga, butts & gutts. Thank you for your variety of classes and modifying to all ability levels. We all are unique and look different. The best part is the down-to-earth customers encouraging each other and being friendly.
I enjoy working out there. Great facility. Equipment is in good shape. Has a pool , a sauna and a track as well. With showers to clean up after. Now if they could get the mother's or the wives that are supposed to clean up and pick after some of them. That would be great. Some of them can't seem to adult and do it themselves.
